Who may play
You must be 18 or over, or meet the higher legal gambling age that applies where you live. You must act as an individual, use our services for yourself and be legally permitted to gamble from your location.
Residents of countries on our restricted list cannot use our services. That list includes Ireland, Australia, Canada, the United States, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands, among others. The United Kingdom is not included in that restricted-country list.
Your account
Register only in your own name. Each person may have one account, and only one is allowed at a home address. A telephone number, email address or IP address cannot be used for another account. If we identify duplicates, we may block or close them. Keep your sign-in details private, keep your registration information current and tell us promptly if your details change.
You may ask to close your account only when it has no balance and no withdrawal awaiting completion. An account becomes inactive after 12 uninterrupted months without a login. We will email you 30 days before it reaches inactive status.
Deposits and withdrawals
Every bank account, card or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to you and be held in your name. We process payments in EUR. If you use another currency, we convert it using the exchange rate we select, and any exchange premium remains your responsibility.
We normally return withdrawals through the method used for the deposit, unless we choose another route or cannot use the original method. Debit-card withdrawals are currently unavailable, so bank transfer is the alternative. The minimum withdrawal depends on the selected method and is displayed in the cashier.
We may limit withdrawals to €5,000 in a day. The weekly limit may be €10,000, while no more than €30,000 may be withdrawn during a rolling 30-day period. A higher amount can be agreed in advance. After more than 25 approved withdrawals during one calendar month, each further withdrawal may carry an administrative charge equal to 2% of its value, with a minimum charge of €5.
Verification before payment
Before approving a withdrawal, we may request identity evidence such as a passport, ID card or other supporting documents. If we ask for a copy of a payment card, show only its first 6 and final 4 digits and conceal its security code. The card must be yours.
Bonus balances and wagering
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. We keep them apart from your cash in a bonus balance. Every bonus has a wagering requirement, with the applicable multiple and deadline provided in the offer details. Until the requirement is completed, the bonus and related winnings remain subject to those conditions.
While a bonus is active, the highest permitted wager is €5 for a spin or €0.50 for each line. Winnings from a bonus or free-spin offer received before making a deposit are limited to €100.

The United Kingdom is among the markets excluded from receiving or using any bonus, even though it is not on our restricted-country list. If you claim a bonus from an excluded market, we may cancel winnings connected with that bonus.
Cashback and rakeback
Only wagers made with real money count towards cashback or rakeback. Bets funded with a bonus do not qualify. The smallest cashback amount eligible to be credited is €1, while the corresponding minimum for rakeback is €0.20.
Fair use
Do not exploit errors, technical weaknesses or bonus mechanics. Fraud, collusion, automated play and other unlawful activity are prohibited. We may review play and transactions, refuse or cancel affected wagers, remove improperly obtained winnings, suspend access or close an account where the rules have been broken or abuse is suspected.
Complaints
Send a complaint in writing and include enough information for us to identify the account and examine what happened. We will provide an outcome within 10 days after receiving it. An unusually complex investigation may need additional time.
Acceptance of these terms
By opening an account or using our services, you accept these rules and any offer-specific conditions that apply to your play. You remain responsible for checking that gambling is lawful in your location and for using USpin only within the rules that apply to you.
